“两进一回”通风系统氧化带宽度影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 为使“两进一回”通风系统应用效果最佳,降低采空区遗煤自燃危险性,基于理论分析结合COMSOL数值模拟软件,依托魏家地煤矿北1103工作面工程背景,针对第2进风巷不同布设位置、两进风巷风量配比、进风侧封堵墙宽度及工作面推进距离进行了研究,分析了不同工况下采空区氧气体积分数及氧化带范围。结果表明:第2进风巷位置对采空区氧化带范围影响较大,当通防巷位于进风巷右侧0.618D(D为工作面倾向长度)位置时,最大氧化带宽度为23 m;通过改变两进风巷风量配比可减小氧气影响区域,改变采空区氧化带范围;进风巷一侧封堵墙的存在可一定程度抑制采空区漏风,但存在最佳封堵范围;随工作面推进,120 m后采空区氧化带范围整体趋于稳定。 In order to optimize the application effect of the “two inlet one return”ventilation system,reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal remaining in the goaf,based on theoretical analysis combined with COMSOL numerical simulation software,relying on north 1103 working face engineering background of Weijiadi Coal Mine,aim at the different layout positions of the second air inlet lane,the air volume ratio of the two air inlet lanes,the width of the air inlet side blocking wall and the advance distance of the working face,research has been carried out to analyze the oxygen volume fraction and oxidation zone range of the goaf under different working conditions.The results show that the position of the second air inlet roadway has a great influence on the oxidation zone range of the goaf.When the ventilation and prevention roadway is located at 0.618D on the right side of the air inlet roadway,the maximum width of the oxidation zone is 23 m;by changing the air volume ratio of the two air inlet tunnels,the oxygen affected area can be reduced and the oxidation zone range of the goaf can be changed;the existence of sealing wall on one side of air inlet roadway can inhibit air leakage in goaf to a certain extent,but there is an optimal sealing range;with the advance of the working face,the scope of the oxidation zone in the goaf tends to be stable after 120 m.
