Research on Construction Method of Equipment Test Index System Based on QFD

针对现有装备作战试验指标体系构建过程中缺少定量分析和合理性检验的问题,提出基于质量功能展开(QFD)的指标体系构建方法.首先介绍质量功能展开的基本原理及方法,然后详细阐述基于QFD的指标体系分解和合理性检验方法,最后通过某合成部队装备检验指标体系构建实例说明QFD方法的应用过程,实现了由检验装备作战使命任务的需求到指标体系构建的映射,提高了指标体系构建的合理性.

Aiming at the lack of quantitative analysis and rationality test in the construction process of the existing equipment combat test index system,the construction method of the index system based on quality function deployment(QFD)is proposed.Firstly,the basic principle and method of QFD are introduced.Then,the index system decomposition and rationality test method based on QFD are described in detail.Finally,the application process of QFD method is illustrated by an example of a synthetic force,from which the equipment inspection index system is constructed.This method realizes the mapping from checking the requirements of equipment combat mission to the construction of index system and improves the rationality of the index system.
