硝基苯加氢制对氨基苯酚催化剂的制备及表征

摘要 制备了以Pt为活性组分、HZSM-5为载体的加氢催化剂,采用XRD、NH_(3)-TPD、FT-IR、N_(2)吸脱附试验、SEM、H_(2)-TPR等方法对不同条件下制备的催化剂进行了表征。考察了不同条件下催化剂的制备工艺,得出催化剂的最优制备工艺条件为:硫酸浸渍摩尔浓度为0.3 mol/L,焙烧温度为600℃,添加Ni为助剂。在CO_(2)/H_(2)O体系中,利用制备的Ni-Pt/HZSM-5催化剂用于硝基苯加氢制对氨基苯酚,其中硝基苯的转化率为69.5%,对氨基苯酚的选择性为83.7%。 The hydrogenation catalyst with Pt as active component and HZSM-5 as carrier is prepared.The catalyst prepared under different conditions is characterized by XRD,NH_(3)-TPD,FT-IR,N_(2) adsorption and desorption test,SEM and H_(2)-TPR.The preparation process of the catalyst under different conditions is investigated.The optimal preparation process conditions are as follows:the molar concentration of sulfuric acid is 0.3 mol/L,the calcination temperature is 600℃,and Ni is added as a promoter.In the CO_(2)/H_(2)O system,the prepared Ni-Pt/HZSM-5 catalyst is used for the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to p-aminophenol.The results show that the conversion of nitrobenzene is 69.5%and the selectivity of p-aminophenol is 83.7%.
