摘要
介绍了C307型甲醇合成催化剂在770 kt/a甲醇合成装置上的应用情况,分析了生产负荷情况、床层温度分布情况、转化率及甲醇产量等工业应用情况,结果表明:在长时间满负荷运行情况下,合成塔压差的最大值也未超过0.055 MPa,C307型催化剂的碳平均收率高达91.65%,同时,C307型甲醇合成催化剂还具有床层温度分布均匀、甲醇产量稳定、催化剂性能稳定的优点,催化剂各项性能均能达到设计指标,可较好地满足生产要求并应用于大型甲醇工业化生产装置。
The application of C307 methanol synthesis catalyst in 770 kt/a methanol synthesis unit is introduced.The industrial applications such as production load,bed temperature distribution,conversion rate and methanol output are analyzed.The results show that under the long-term full load operation,the maximum pressure difference of the synthesis tower does not exceed 0.055 MPa,and the average carbon yield of C307 catalyst is as high as 91.65%,C307 methanol synthesis catalyst also has the advantages of uniform temperature distribution in the bed,stable methanol output and stable catalyst performance.All performances of the catalyst can meet the design indicators,and can better meet the production requirements and be applied to large-scale methanol industrial production units.
