校外教育的发展现状、问题及建议——以场馆、培训机构及网络学习平台为例

校外教育是校内教育的时间与空间、教育内容、教学方式的补充和延伸,校外教育的健康发展才能更充分地发挥教育在立德树人方面的作用。本文分析了校外教育场馆、培训机构、网络学习平台的现状、问题,提出了校外教育的运营管理、稳定师资,课程体系建设以及校内外教育融通方面的建议,旨在助力校外教育良好发展,为创造和孕育一个积极健康的教育“生态体系”提供参考。

After-school education is the supplement and extension of the time and space,educational content,and teaching methods of school education.The healthy development of after-school education can give full play to the role of education in building morality and cultivating people.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of after-school education,and puts forward some suggestions on the operation management of after-school education,the stability of teachers,the construction of curriculum system and the integration of education,so as to promote the good development of after-school education,and provide reference for creating and nurturing a positive and healthy education"ecosystem".
