摘要
“武当28式太极拳”作为我校大学体育课程的必修内容,学生的掌握程度决定了教学的效果,进而影响武当武术的传承和推广.通过随机对我校2018、2019级210名非体育专业学生进行问卷调查,发现:良好掌握“武当28式太极拳”对学生有一定难度、学生课上课下学习状况不佳、课堂上遇到了诸多学习困难等;建议:优化“武当28式太极拳”套路动作,增加课堂上讲解、示范、领做、纠错等环节的时长,灵活合理的调整和改变课堂教学环境,丰富学生的课余体育活动,改变课程考评方式.
Wudang 28-style Taijiquan is a compulsory content of College PE course of Hanjiang Normal University. The learning effect of students determines the effectiveness of teaching, which in turn affects the inheritance and promotion of Wudang martial arts. A random questionnaire survey was conducted among 210 students of Hanjiang Normal University in 2018 and 2019, and it was found that the students have some certain difficulty in mastering Wudang 28-style Taijiquan, they did not learn it well in and after class. The suggestions are to optimize Wudang 28-style Taijiquan routines, increase the length of lectures, demonstrations, leading, and error correcting in the class, adjust and change the classroom teaching environment, enrich students’ extracurricular sports activities, and change the way of course evaluation.
