竹林“四库”示范区建设构想

Conceptions on Construction of “Four Reservoirs” Demonstration Areas of Bamboo Forest

竹类植物具有生长速度快、种类多样、分布广泛、良好的森林生态系统功能和生物多样性等特点。研究以竹林为主体的生物复合体生长规律,建设竹林水库、碳库、钱库和粮库生态经济示范区,发挥竹林多重效益,对于经济发展、民生富强、促进乡村振兴和生态文明建设具有重要意义。为了推动竹林“四库”示范区建设,文章通过深入学习领会习近平“四库”思想,分析了竹林“四库”内涵、作用和意义,探索了竹林“四库”示范区的运行机制;从定量和定性方面,提出了竹林“四库”示范区主要建设指标。研究结果对于高质量发展现代竹产业具有重要推动作用。

Bamboo plants have the characteristics of fast growth, diverse species, wide distribution, good forest ecosystem function and biodiversity. It is of great significance for economic development, people’s livelihood, rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction to study the growth law of biological complex with bamboo forest as the main body, and to construct ecological and economic demonstration areas of bamboo forest as water, carbon, money and grain reservoirs, which will give full play to the multiple benefits of bamboo forest. In order to promote the construction of “Four Reservoirs” demonstration areas of bamboo forest, this paper analyzes the connotation, role and significance of the bamboo forest’s “Four Reservoirs” through in-depth study and understanding of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on “Four Reservoirs” of forest, and explores the operation mechanism of the “Four Reservoirs” demonstration areas. From the quantitative and qualitative aspects, the paper puts forward the main construction indicators of the “Four Reservoirs” demonstration areas of bamboo forest. The research results play an important role in promoting the high-quality development of modern bamboo industry.
