Automatic Control System of Transfer Switch Based on Manipulator

针对变电站转换开关需要人工操作,安全性低的问题,从工程应用出发,分析了现场转换开关操作流程,提出一种基于机械臂的转换开关自动控制系统。采用机械舵机连接转换开关轴,实现舵机旋转带动转换开关动作完成切换;利用控制单元接收无线信号实现舵机远程控制,提高了现场转换开关操作效率。

Aiming at the problem of low safety of manual operation of transfer switch in substation, starting from engineering application, the operation process of field transfer switch is analyzed, and an automatic control system of transfer switch based on manipulator is proposed. The mechanical steering gear is connected with the change-over switch shaft to realize the rotation of the steering gear and drive the change-over switch to realize the change-over. The remote control of the steering gear is realized by receiving the wireless signal by the control unit, which improves the operation efficiency of the on-site change-over switch.
