摘要
针对特种作业车辆安全距离预警系统存在预警正确率较低问题,提出基于测距传感器的特种作业车辆安全距离智能预警系统。硬件有数据采集模块、液晶显示模块、声光预警模块、数据处理模块及紧急刹车模块,其中数据采集模块应用摄像机和测距传感器,优化测距传感器交流电压采样电路;软件通过计算特种作业车辆与前方障碍设备的实际距离、安全距离,判断该距离状态下是否报警。试验结果表明,所提系统提高了预警正确率,保证了特种作业车辆安全。
Aiming at the low accuracy of early warning in the safety distance early warning system of special operation vehicles, an intelligent early warning system of safety distance of special operation vehicles based on ranging sensor is proposed. The hardware consists of data acquisition module, liquid crystal display module, acousto-optic early warning module, data processing module and emergency braking module. In the data acquisition module, the camera and ranging sensor are used to optimize the AC voltage sampling circuit of the ranging sensor. In the software design, calculate the actual distance and safety distance between the vehicle and the obstacle equipment in front, and judge whether the alarm is given under the distance state. The results show that the proposed system improves the accuracy of early warning and ensures vehicle safety.
