基于小波包变换的核电厂用电保护接地选线方法

摘要 目前核电厂厂用电系统都为小电流接地系统,单相接地故障时,核电厂用电保护装置无法区分区内区外故障,给核电的安全稳定运行带来隐患。为此,提出一种仅依赖本间隔零序电流和电压暂态分量的暂态小波功率方向选线方法,该方法可直接集成于已通过核级认证的保护装置中。最后通过RTDS仿真验证了该方法的正确性。 At present, the auxiliary power systems of nuclear power plants are all low-current grounded systems. When a single-phase ground fault occurs, the existing power protection devices of nuclear power plants cannot distinguish between internal and external faults, which brings hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of nuclear power. In this paper, a transient wavelet power direction selection method based on zero sequence current and voltage fault transient components is proposed, Through the verification of RTDS simulation and field grounding test, the effect of the algorithm is verified in the field application.
