摘要
传统的变电站10 kV开关柜转运小车由于托架宽度无法调节、高度调节较费力,往往影响送电时间。通过设计可变导轨的宽度调节机构、可使托架上下运动的升降驱动机构和刹车装置,实现了转运小车的通用性。同时该转运小车可以将手车开关拉至地面,实现转运小车的重复利用,解决整段母线转检修时转运小车数量不足的问题。
The traditional transfer trolley of 10 kV switchgear in substation cannot be adjusted due to the width of the bracket and the height adjustment is laborious, which often affects the power transmission time. By designing a variable rail width adjustment mechanism, as well as a lifting drive mechanism and a brake device for the carriage, the versatility of the transfer trolley can be realized. At the same time, the transfer trolley can pull the handcart switch to the ground, which realize the reuse of the transfer trolley, and solve the problem of insufficient number of transfer trolleys during the transfer maintenance of the whole section of bus.
