摘要
全球对科学数据开放共享和管理服务的日益重视,对高校图书馆提供嵌入式科学数据服务提出了更高要求。采用文献调研、网络调查等方法,界定了嵌入式科学数据服务的内涵,结合数据生命周期理论,构建了高校图书馆嵌入式科学数据服务框架,基于此框架调查了国内外高校图书馆服务现状,发现国内外在政策、服务内容以及科学数据管理平台等方面具有不同特点,指出国内高校图书馆应借鉴国外嵌入式科学数据服务经验,加快制定政策,升级现有服务,建立健全科学数据管理平台,提升科学数据的嵌入程度。
Globally increasing attention to the open sharing and management services of scientific data puts forward higher requirements for university libraries to provide embedded scientific data service.Adopting the methods such as literature survey and network survey,this paper defines the connotation of embedded scientific data service,and combining the data life cycle theory,constructs the university libraries’ embedded scientific data service framework,based on this framework,investigates the present service situation of university libraries at home and abroad,finding that there are different characteristics in policy,service content and scientific data management platform at home and abroad,and points out that the domestic university libraries should learn from foreign countries’ experience of embedded scientific data service,accelerate the policy formulation,upgrade existing services,establish and improve the scientific data management platforms,and enhance the embedding of scientific data.
