城市排水管网燃气聚集燃爆风险评估框架研究

摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,地下管网愈发密集。地下燃气管网一旦发生泄漏,易在相邻排水管网聚集燃爆,导致大规模燃爆事故发生,造成重大人员伤亡及财产损失。基于城市排水管网燃气聚集燃爆事故发生规律,文章通过考虑燃气管网泄漏可能性、聚集可能性、点火可能性、燃爆后果等因素,构建一种城市排水管网燃气聚集燃爆风险评估框架,分析相关数据对风险评估的支撑作用。相关方法的应用有助于城市排水管网燃气聚集燃爆事件的防控与治理。 With the acceleration of urbanization,the underground pipe network becomes more and more dense.Once the underground gas pipeline leaks,it is prone to gather and explode in the adjacent drainage pipeline network,resulting in a large-scale explosion accident,causing heavy casualties and property losses.Based on the occurrence law of combustion and explosion accidents,this paper constructs a risk assessment framework of gas accumulation combustion and explosion in urban drainage pipeline network.Risk assessment indicators such as leakage possibility of gas pipeline network,aggregation possibility,ignition possibility,combustion and explosion consequences and other factors are considered.The application of related methods is helpful for the prevention and control of gas accumulation and explosion events in urban drainage pipeline network.
