摘要
为实现应对因为检测过程指标多样而造成的检测工作效率低下的难题,对于富硒富锌类食品检测方法需要开展大力的研究。根据太赫兹透射类型光谱对于待测食品的相关参数进行捕捉,对得到的结果实施平滑和降噪处理,提升结果的可靠程度,最后对结果实施投影操作,应用最大方差方法对投影的结果进行排序操作,达到对食品的全方位分析,提升其检测工作的执行效率。结果表明相关指标的检测效率比较理想。
In order to deal with the problem of low detection efficiency caused by a variety of indicators in the detection process,the detection methods of selenium-rich and zinc-rich foods need to be vigorously studied.According to the terahertz transmission type spectrum,we capture the relevant parameters of the food to be tested,smooth and reduce noise to the results,improve the reliability of the results,and finally implement the projection operation on the results.The maximum variance method is used to sort the projected results to achieve the omni-directional analysis of the food and improve the efficiency of the detection work.The results show that the detection efficiency of related indexes is ideal.
