谷物空调的设计与运维优化探究

摘要 粮食储备是国家战略的核心任务,储备技术关系到粮食储备工作的开展效果,其中低温、干燥措施不仅影响粮食的口感,更关乎粮食的新鲜度、可食性和安全性,谷物空调便是现代粮食储备中不可或缺的设备。文章基于当前粮食储备行业的客观事实,对谷物空调的设计需求进行分析,提出谷物空调的设计优化与实现途径,最后提出谷物空调的运维优化建议,以期通过文章为粮食储备技术工作提供帮助。 Grain reserve is the core task of the national strategy,and the reserve technology is related to the effect of grain reserve work,in which low temperature and drying measures not only affect the taste of grain,but also related to the freshness,edibility and safety of grain.Grain air conditioning is an indispensable equipment in modern grain reserves.Based on the objective facts of the current grain reserve industry,this paper analyzes the design requirements of grain air conditioning,puts forward the design optimization and realization ways of grain air conditioning,and finally puts forward some suggestions for the operation and maintenance optimization of grain air conditioning,with a view to providing help for grain reserve technical work through this paper.
