摘要
文章针对手指活动能力不足的患者,提出一种通过指尖驱动整个手指的手指康复装置。该装置由一个多关节指套和绳索驱动装置组成,能够实现手指的弯曲和伸展功能,使用安全灵活高效。文章对手部结构进行分析,根据数据对手指康复装置进行合理的结构设计,随后对手指指尖工作空间进行计算,得到导向板的空间位置数据,从而使得装置能够完成康复训练任务。装置通过一套图形化界面进行人机交互,界面中包含启动、停止、速度控制等按键,方便使用者进行调节。最后通过实物对性能进行评估,验证可行性和稳定性。
This paper proposes a finger rehabilitation device that drives the whole finger through the fingertip for the patients with insufficient finger activity.The device is composed of a multi-joint finger sleeve and a rope driving device,which can realize the bending and extension function of the finger,and is safe,flexible and efficient.In this paper,the finger rehabilitation device is reasonably designed according to the hand structure,and then the fingertip workspace is calculated to obtain the spatial position data,so that the device can complete the training task.The device carries out human-computer interaction through a set of graphical interface,which includes start,stop,speed control keys,which is convenient for users to use.Finally,the feasibility and stability are verified by evaluating the performance of the real object.
