热喷涂技术在连铸结晶器铜板上的应用

结晶器是连铸机上极其重要的部件,结晶器铜板表面涂层性能直接影响结晶器的使用寿命。目前常用的结晶器铜板表面处理技术为电镀和热喷涂,热喷涂涂层性能相对较好。多年以来,宝钢热喷涂技术已在结晶器铜板上取得应用和发展。针对用户多样化需求,宝钢热喷涂技术朝功能性复合涂层、长边铜板热喷涂、铜板基体原位尺寸修复方向研究和发展。
