高层建筑钢结构投标报价研究

投标报价从实质上来讲是在市场经济条件下一种商品贸易的方式,既然是商品交易、那么就存在商品的标价方式和议价方式。因此需要了解工程投标报价中的影响因素,从而才能采取正确的策略与方法来获得利润最大化。那么高层建筑钢结构工程的投标报价中的影响因素是什么,如何针对这些影响因素设计应用提出合理的投标报价方案,这都关系着投标企业的中标率与利润获得情况。文章通过文献查阅以及实例分析,对高层建筑钢结构工程的投标报价影响因素进行深度分析,进行的主要工作如下,首先进行高层建筑钢结构工程的特点分析以及投标报价情况的国内外研究情况分析,通过查阅文献分析列出影响高层建筑钢结构工程投标报价的因素。其次将总结归类出的影响因素由其特点以及影响方式进行分类,针对不同的影响因素再选择不同的投标报价方案来解决其影响。之后进行实际案例分析,对实际工程进行影响因素分析,然后针对影响因素采用相应的投标报价方案。最后进行文章论点的总结与分析,提出展望。

Bidding quotation is essentially a way of commodity trade under the condition of market economy.Since it is a commodity transaction,there are commodity pricing and bargaining methods.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the influencing factors in project bidding,so as to adopt correct strategies and methods to maximize profits.Thus,what are the influencing factors in the bidding of steel structure projects in high-rise buildings,and how to put forward a reasonable bidding scheme for the design and application of these factors?These questions are related to the winning rate and profit of the bidding enterprises.Through literature review and case analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the bidding of steel structure projects in high-rise buildings,and the main work is as follows:firstly,the characteristics of steel structure projects in high-rise buildings and the research situation of bidding at home and abroad are analyzed,and the factors affecting the bidding of steel structure projects in high-rise buildings are listed through literature analysis.Secondly,the influencing factors are classified according to their characteristics and influence methods,and then different bidding schemes are selected to solve their impact according to different influencing factors.After that,the actual case analysis is carried out,the influencing factors of the actual project are analyzed,and then the corresponding bidding scheme is adopted according to the influencing factors.Finally,the argument of this paper is summarized and analyzed,and the prospect is put forward.
