普宁市城市社区文化建设存在的问题与对策研究

城市社区文化是城市社区居民在特定区域内,通过长期生活实践共同创造出来的、具有鲜明个性的物质文化和精神文化的总和,能够促进整个城市的发展和社区的稳定,实现社区成员的个人全面发展,也有助于传统文化的传承和弘扬。以广东省普宁市为例,分析当前城市社区文化建设过程中存在的不规范、不到位、水平低等问题。在此基础上,提出相应的完善对策,即重视基础设施日常维护更新,保证资金充足;既传承又创新,落实社区文化建设;建立激励机制,培养社区居民的主人翁意识;完善供给机制,以信息化助力组织管理。

Urban community culture,is the urban community residents in a particular area,through the long life practice jointly created,has the distinct personality of the sum of material culture and spiritual culture,to promote the development of the whole city and community stability,realize the comprehensive development of members of the community,at the same time help the inheritance of traditional culture and carry it forward.Taking Puning of Guangdong Province as an example,discusses many problems in the process of urban community cultural construction,such as non-standard,incomplete and low level.Put forward the improvement countermeasures,that is,pay attention to the daily maintenance and renewal of infrastructure to ensure sufficient funds;Both inheritance and innovation,and implement the construction of community culture;Establish an incentive mechanism to cultivate the sense of ownership of community residents;Improve the supply mechanism and information technology to help the organization and management.
