摘要
教学质量是高校人才培养的基石,课堂教学质量评价则是监控教学质量水平,促进教学质量提高的重要手段。应用型本科院校作为培养区域社会经济发展需要的高素质专门人才的场所,其教育质量直接影响着我国高等教育的总体水平。然而,现行应用型本科院校的课堂教学质量评价仍处于起步时期,理论和实践研究均缺乏深度和广度。鉴于应用型本科院校自身的特殊性,其课堂教学质量评价不能照搬普通高校的评价内容,需立足于自身及区域社会经济发展。为助力应用型本科院校课堂教学质量评价体系的构建,文章基于CIPP模型从背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和结果评价四方面阐述应用型本科院校课堂教学质量评价需遵循的原则、评价的内容及评价主体的选择,以期为应用型本科院校课堂教学质量评价提供可参考的理论框架。
Teaching quality is the cornerstone of talent training in colleges. Thus more and more attention has been paid to teaching quality evaluation to monitor and promote the teaching quality. As an important type of higher education, application-oriented colleges are responsible for training high-quality professional talents to promote social and economic development. However, at present, the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in application-oriented universities is still in its infancy, and theoretical and practical research lacks depth and breadth. In view of the particularity of application-oriented universities, their classroom teaching quality evaluation should not copy the evaluation content of ordinary universities, but should be based on their own and regional social and economic development. To remedy this issue, this paper aims to develop and construct the teaching quality evaluation system of application-oriented colleges based on the CIPP model with the following four parts: background evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and result evaluation. Through doing this, we provided a theoretical and practical framework for the teaching quality evaluation in application-oriented colleges.
