基于学科竞赛的地方工科院校市场营销专业学生创新创业培养模式探索 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,高校大学生面临着巨大的就业压力,为解决这一问题,国家出台相关政策,各高校积极落实创新创业教育,其中地方工科院校为培养市场营销专业学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力,增强核心竞争力,提高就业能力,充分整合利用现有资源,实行“线上线下”相结合的模式,在老师的引导下,对学生实施针对性创新创业教育,积极参与创新创业类学科竞赛,在不断探索与实践的过程中建设市场营销专业。文章从创新创业模式培养的必要性和重要性出发,针对目前地方工科院校在创新创业教育方面存在的问题,基于学科竞赛探索地方工科院校市场营销专业学生创新创业能力的培养模式。 In recent years,college students face great employment pressure.In order to solve this problem,the state has introduced relevant policies;colleges and universities are actively implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education.In order to cultivate students'innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and innovative and entrepreneurial ability of marketing majors,local engineering colleges and universities can enhance their core competitiveness,improve the employment ability,integrated in full use of existing resources,implement the"online and offline"mode,carry out targeted innovation and entrepreneurship education for students under the guidance of teachers,actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship discipline competitions,and build marketing major in the process of continuous exploration and practice.Starting from the necessity and importance of innovation and entrepreneurship mode training,and aiming at the existing problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities at present,based on the perspective of discipline competition,this paper explores the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in marketing in local engineering colleges.
