摘要
采用Gleeble热模拟技术并结合金相硬度法,对P110、Q125级别ERW石油套管试制钢的连续冷却转变行为进行研究。连续冷却转变行为表明,P110级11#试制钢只有在冷却速度≥30℃/s的条件下才能淬透获得完全马氏体组织,Q125级12#试制钢在冷却速度≥50℃/s、Q125级13#试制钢在冷却速度≥10℃/s的条件下淬透才能获得完全马氏体组织。
By means of Gleeble thermal simulation technology in combination with metallographic hardness testing method,the continuous cooling transformation behavior of P110,Q125 grade ERW petroleum casing test steel is studied.The continuous cooling transformation behavior shows that the P110 grade 11#test steel can only be through-hardened to attain martensite under the condition of cooling rate≥30℃/s,while the steel can only be through-hardened to attain complete martensite structure at the cooling rate≥50℃/s for Q125 grade 12# test steel and at the cooling rate≥10℃/s for Q125 grade 13# test steel.
