摘要
为了实现搅拌车等工程机械车辆的轻量化,保证搅拌车用耐磨钢NM300TP良好的服役性能,对耐磨钢NM300TP焊接性能展开研究。以熔化极活性气体保护焊(MAG)方式进行焊接试验,探究不同焊丝材料对焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用ER50-6、GM100焊丝焊接NM300TP钢板的性能均能满足标准要求,但是GM100焊丝焊接NM300TP钢板的强度、延伸率和低温冲击韧性等综合性能指标优于ER50-6焊丝焊接NM300TP钢板。
In order to realize the lightweight of construction machinery vehicles such as mixer truck,ensure the good service performance of NM300 TP wear-resistant steel for mixer truck,the weldability of NM300 TP wear-resistant steel is studied.The effects of different welding wire materials on the mechanical properties of welded joints are analyzed by metal active gas welding.The results show that the mechanical properties of NM300 TP steel plate welding with ER50-6 and GM100 welding wires both can meet the standard requirements,but the comprehensive mechanical properties indicators such as strength,elongation ratio and low temperature impact toughness of NM300 TP steel plate welded with GM100 welding wire are better than those of the same plate welded with ER50-6 welding wire.
