摘要
针对高锰钢裂纹缺陷,通过对铸坯开裂处成分、微观和宏观组织等展开深入分析研究,确定了裂纹产生的主要原因。并结合生产实际,提出了调整合金加入频次、适当降低浇铸温度和浇铸速度、对铸坯加热温度的精准控制以及保证透烧等工艺改进措施,改善钢的内部质量,避免高锰钢铸坯裂纹的再次产生。
Aiming at the cracking defects of high Mn steel,the major cracking causes are determined by further analysis on the composition,microstructure and macrostructure at cracking area of slab.Process improvement measures such as adjusting alloy addition frequency,rational decreasing casting temperature and speed,accurate controlling slab reheating temperature and ensuring through-burning are established on the basis of actual production,so that steel soundness is improved,reoccurrence of high Mn steel slab cracking is prevented.
