摘要 综述了钛白粉的制备方法现状及研究进展,分析了各种方法的技术特点,指出金红石型钛白粉生产应以氯化法为主,但在中国发展氯化法钛白需加强适合国内高钙镁钛资源制备沸腾氯化炉料方法的研究,进一步掌握沸腾氯化法生产的核心技术,同时开展熔盐氯化废渣的循环利用研究,开发清洁的熔盐氯化法新技术。锐钛型钛白粉产品在功能材料方面有着不可替代的市场地位,硫酸法、盐酸法、亚熔盐法、氟化法均可生产出锐钛型钛白产品,这些方法还需解决生产过程中试剂的循环利用以及三废的综合利用问题,才能实现钛白粉产业的绿色转型。 The current situation and research progress of preparation methods of titanium dioxide were reviewed,and the technical characteristics of various methods were analyzed.It was pointed out that the production of rutile titanium dioxide should be based on the chlorination method.Therefore,it was necessary to strengthen the research and development of meth⁃ods suitable for preparation of boiling chlorination charge from domestic high⁃calcium⁃magnesium⁃titanium resources in China,master the core technology of boiling chlorination production,and carry out research on the recycling of molten salt chlorination waste slag,develop a new clean molten salt chlorination process.Anatase titanium dioxide products had an irre⁃placeable market position in functional materials.Sulfuric acid method,hydrochloric acid method,sub⁃molten salt method,and fluorination method could all produce anatase titanium dioxide products,these methods also needed to solve the prob⁃lems of the recycling of reagents in the production process and the comprehensive utilization of the three wastes in order to realize the green transformation of the titanium dioxide industry.
