城市开发类项目ABO模式的经济分析

Economic Analysis on Urban Development Projects under ABO Mode

在当前全球疫情严重、经济形势复杂严峻的大背景下,中央提出加强新型城镇化建设,稳投资、扩内需、保增长,地方政府及中央企业积极创新开发模式、探索投融资模式,开展城中村改造等城市开发建设、基础设施及配套设施建设。本文根据笔者以ABO模式实施的城市开发类项目实践经验,对该模式下的项目经济属性进行分析,并针对存在的问题提出建设性意见。

Currently, under the general background of severe global epidemic and complicated economic condition, the government proposed to strengthen the development of new-type urbanization construction, in order to maintain steady investment, boost domestic demand and ensure economic growth.Local governments and central government-owned enterprises should actively innovate the development models and explore investment and financing models, for the conduction of building infrastructure and supporting facilities for urban and village development.Based on author’s practical experience in urban development projects implemented in ABO mode, this paper analyzes the economic attributes under this mode and puts forward constructive suggestions for the existing problems.
