铁路建设项目材料价差调整属于政策性费用调整,在项目建设实施过程中,由于建设周期长,主要材料价格波动大,铁路施工企业自购材料(以下简称“自购材料”)的价格也随之变化,以及项目管理单位按实际发生费用清算甲供材料设备(以下简称“甲供物资”)费用。本文从项目管理单位角度出发,重点对铁路建设项目实施阶段材料价差调整的具体程序和操作流程进行探讨论述,以期实现有效控制项目价差阶段性调整的目的。
