摘要
随着信息化时代的发展,档案工作的环境和内容都发生了巨大的变化,使得档案信息的管理难度不断增大,与此同时,人民生活水平日益提高导致对档案信息化的需求也显著增长。面对目前存在的人才短板、技术瓶颈和制度缺陷等问题,档案管理领域迫切需要创新档案工作模式,加快档案管理的数字化转型和智能升级,并提升档案信息利用效率以提供全面优质的服务。本文总结并分析了当前档案管理体系中存在的突出问题,并结合当前档案管理的实际需求,从人才队伍建设、监管体系完善、档案数字化转型和社会资源灵活运用等多个维度对信息化时代下的档案管理体系改革提出建议。
As the development of the information era,the circumstances and subjects of archival services have changed dramatically,making the management of archival information increasingly difficult.Meanwhile,the improvement of living standards has led to a significant demand for public archival information.Faced with the current problems of shortage of talents,technical bottlenecks and institutional defects,the field of archives management urgently needs to innovate the archival management model,accelerate the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of archival management,and improve the efficiency of archival information utilization to provide comprehensive and high-quality services.This paper summarizes and analyzes the prominent problems in the current archives management system,and makes suggestions for the reform of the archives management system in the information era from various dimensions,such as the construction of talent team,the improvement of supervision system,the digital transformation of archives and the flexible use of social resources,taking into account the actual needs of current archives management.
