基于无线自组网的玻璃棉大数据智能制造管理平台的探索

摘要 针对传统玻璃棉生产线无法精准控制工艺参数和人员繁多的缺陷,通过建设玻璃棉大数据一体化智能管理平台,结合无线自组网及沉浸式实时监控技术,建立综合联网联控信息资源库和信息管理综合应用系统,提出面向生产流程精益管控的网络协同制造模式和开放式架构,突破数据跨域互联、跨域服务共享、跨域流程管理等关键技术,实现传统制造环境与远程物联网监测与控制的完美融合,具备大数据智能分析、专家在线支持、数据发布与共享等多方面功能,在有效提升产品质量的同时,最大限度地节省了人力物力。 In view of the drawbacks that the traditional glass wool production line cannot accurately control the process parameters and the line needs a large number of personnel,through the construction of glass wool big data integrated intelligent management platform,combined with wireless ad hoc network and immersive real-time monitoring technology,a comprehensive networked joint control information resource database and information management comprehensive application system were established.The network collaborative manufacturing mode and open architecture for lean control of production process was put forward.Key technologies such as data cross domain interconnection,cross domain service sharing and cross domain process management was tackled.The perfect integration of traditional manufacturing environment and remote IOT monitoring and control was realized.Various functions such as large data intelligent analysis,expert online support,data release and sharing were prepared.While effectively improving product quality,it saves human and material resources to the greatest extent.
