Elctrical principle and fault diagnosis of CRH6200 intercity EMU opening and closing mechanism

为保证动车组安全运行,结合动车组调试及故障处理,对CRH6-200型城际动车组前端模块采用的一种开闭机构结构组成、电气控制模块、控制原理、常见故障及故障处理方法进行研究。实践表明,按照故障处理方法处理开闭机构常见故障,可显著提高动车组开闭机构的调试和故障诊断能力.

In order to guaranteed the safe operation of the EMU,combined with EMU debugging and fault diagnosis,this paper studied the structural composition of an opening and closing mechanism,electrical control module,control principle,common faults and fault treatment methods used in the front-end module of CRH6-200 intercity EMU.It showed that treating the common faults of the opening and closing mechanism according to the fault treatment method can significantly improve the debugging and fault diagnosis ability of the opening and closing mechanism of EMU.
