水文水资源环境管理与防洪减灾研究

Study on environmental management of water resources and flood control and disaster reduction based on Hydrology

随着社会经济发展速度的不断加快,水环境污染问题更加严重。为从根本.上提升水文水资源环境管理水平,有序实施防洪减灾工作,需要在现有基础上加强水文水资源环境管控力度,制定专项可行的防洪减灾对策。文章基于水文水资源管理现状,分析水文水资源管理及防洪减灾工作中存在的各类问题,制定关键可行解决机制。

With the accelerating pace of social and economic development,the problem of water environment pollution is more serious.In order to fundamentally improve the management level of hydrological and water resources environment and orderly implement flood control and disaster reduction,it is also necessary to strengthen the management and control of hydrological and water resources environment on the existing basis and formulate special and feasible flood control and disaster reduction countermeasures.Based on the current situation of hydrology and water resources management,this paper analyzes various problems existing in hydrology and water resources management and flood control and disaster reduction,and formulates key feasible solutions.
