创新链,是指围绕核心企业,以市场需求为导向,通过知识创新、技术扩散与信息共享等活动将有关创新主体进行有机连接,并进一步优化创新链的结构模式,以实现知识、技术等转化为现实生产力的过程。产业链,是众多企业之间依据一定逻辑联系和时空布局而形成具有动态性且彼此关联的链式组织,以满足用户需求为目标,以价值增量为导向,以产品生产与销售为对象,以投入产出为纽带。文章结合国家科技创新要求、趋严知识产权环境,深入分析如何在创新链和产业链之间发挥好知识产权的协同纽带作用,并给出科技型企业的相关知识产权管理策略。

The innovation chain refers to the process of organically connecting the relevant innovation subjets through activities such as knowledge innovation,technology difusion and information sharing encircling core enterprises,oriented by market demand,and further optimizing the structural mode of the innovation chain,so as to realize the process of transforming knowledge,technology,etc.into practical productive forces.The industrial chain is a dynamic and interrelated chain organization formed between many enterprises according to certain logical links and spatio-temporal distribution,which aims to meet the needs of users,takes value increment as the guidance,takes product production and sales as the object,and takes input-output as the link.This paper deeply analyzes how to play a good role in the synergy of itellectual property rights between the innovation chain and the indutrial chain combined with the national scientific and technological innovation requirements and the tightening itelletual property environment,and gives the relevant intellectual property management strategies of science and technology enterprises.
