建构主义理念下职教集团协同育人创新路径研究

Innovative Practical Research on Collaborative Education of Vocational Education Groups under the Concept of Constructivism

职教集团整合“政教行企”各方资源,建成集学生实训中心、行业大练兵“练兵场”、企业对接开发“研发所”为一体的综合性实训基地,供专业学生开展实训,同时也为教师团队、行业大练兵提供培训基地。“育训研”有机结合,建立混编式教学团队,创新诠释现代学徒制职业教育教学模式,达到共建共享共赢的目的。在建构主义理念下,“政教行企”构建人才培养各子系统,形成结构化集团育人框架。以工作流程为设计主线,以工作任务为驱动,将各项工作技能模块化融入教学,实现知技合一,健全集团化办学的现代职业教育机制,在实践层面探索构建创新协同育人模式。

The vocational education group had gathered all the resources of politics,education,industry and enterprise to build comprehensive intern base construction which including the student training center,the industry training field,and the enterprise development and research institute.It was a comprehensive training base for professional students,and also a training base for teachers'teams and industry training.With a good combination of education,training and research,a mixed teaching team was established and the teaching mode of modern apprentice system was given new connotation.In this way,they could achieve the goal of co-construction and sharing and win-win cooperation.The government,education,industry and enterprise would build all kinds of talent training systems and form a structure group education system un⁃der the principle of construction.Based on the work process and task driven,we need to integrate all the work skills into the teaching,so as to realize the integration of knowledge and skills,improve the modern professional education system of the group,and explore a creative and coordinated education mode in prac⁃tice.
