卫生健康技术推广示范基地评价指标体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of Evaluation Index System of Health Technology Promotion Demonstration Base

目的建立卫生健康技术推广示范基地评价指标体系。方法在实地调研基础上,综合运用文献研究、专题小组讨论及德尔菲法筛选、构建卫生健康技术推广应用示范基地评价指标。结果经过两轮专家咨询,最终确定的卫生健康技术推广示范基地评价指标体系由三级指标构成,包括5个一级指标、14个二级指标和55个三级指标。结论构建的评价指标体系具有一定的科学性、实用性和可操作性,为卫生健康技术推广应用示范基地建设、评价考核提供借鉴。

Objective To establish the evaluation index system of health technology promotion demonstration base.Methods On the basis of field investigation,the evaluation indexes of the demonstration base for the popularization and application of health technologies were selected and constructed by comprehensively using literature research,special group discussion and Delphi method.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation index system of health technology promotion demonstration base finally determined consists of three-level indicators,including five first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 55 third-level indicators.Conclusion The index system is scientific,practical and operable,which can provide reference for the construction,evaluation and assessment of demonstration base for the popularization and application of health technology.
