化学发光法检测梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体的价值

The Value of Chemiluminescence Method in Detecting Specific Antibodies Against Treponema Pallidum

目的评价化学发光法在临床筛查中检测梅毒螺旋体(treponema pallidum,TP)特异性抗体的特异性。方法选取2020年1—12月万江医院检验科1000份患者的术前检查血清标本,采用化学发光法进行检测,对于初筛阳性标本加用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(tolulized red unheated serum test,TRUST),通过梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(treponema pallidum particle assay,TPPA)复检,对所得结果采用SPSS 24.0统计学软件分析。结果1000份术前患者检查的标本中,总计筛选出46份抗-TP抗体阳性标本,通过TPPA复检后,38份为阳性,8份为阴性;TRUST试验检测结果阳性20份,阴性26份;化学发光法检测梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体的特异性为99.85%。结论化学发光法检测梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体的特异性较高,TPPA试验作为特异性抗体筛查试验的补充试验方法,效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the specificity of chemiluminescence method for detecting treponema pallidum(TP)specific antibodies in clinical screening.Methods A total of 1000 preoperative serum specimens of patients from January to December 2020 in the laboratory of Wanjiang Hospital were selected,and the chemiluminescence method was used for detection.The tolulized red unheated serum test(TRUST)was added to the preliminary screening positive specimens.Treponema pallidum particle assay(TPPA)was retested,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 statistical software.Results In the 1000 specimens examined by patients before surgery,a total of 46 anti-TP antibody-positive specimens were screened out.After TPPA re-examination,38 were positive and 8 were negative;TRUST test results were positive,20 were positive,and 26 were negative.The specificity of chemiluminescence method for detecting treponema pallidum specific antibody was 99.85%.Conclusion The chemiluminescence method has high specificity for detecting treponema pallidum specific antibodies.The TPPA test,as a supplementary test method for specific antibody screening tests,has a significant effect.
