探究护士的职业倦怠现状及影响因素

Exploration of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Nurses’Job Burnout

目的分析护士的职业倦怠现状,并对相关的影响因素进行探讨。方法文章所选对象为2020年1月—2021年6月某院神经外科护士46名,利用一般资料调查表、职业倦怠表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表开展问卷调查,对护士职业倦怠现状进行分析,对相关影响因素进行探讨。结果调查发现全部46名护士中,男女分别为4名、42名;护士年龄平均为(30.42±4.78)岁;职业倦怠平均评分为(157.08±18.54)分,其中7名护士无职业倦怠或者职业倦怠轻微,19名护士为轻中度职业倦怠,20名护士为重度职业倦怠。在年龄、文化水平、职称、是否夜班、夜班轮班制度、每周平均工作时长、每周平均夜班次数、每周平均夜班时长、工作年限、对当前工作满意程度、自己身体状况、睡眠质量方面,护士职业倦怠程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归分析结果发现,护士职业倦怠与睡眠质量、自己身体状况、对当前工作满意程度、每周平均工作时长、夜班轮班制度存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论护士现阶段的职业倦怠感比较显著,主要是因为睡眠及身体状况差、工作时间长、频繁轮班等因素所导致。

Objective To analyze the current situation of nurses’job burnout and explore the related influencing factors.Methods The selected subjects of this article were 46 neurosurgery nurses in a hospital from January 2020 to June 2021.A questionnaire survey was carried out using the general information questionnaire,the occupational burnout scale and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale to analyze the current situation of nurses’occupational burnout.The related influencing factors were discussed.Results The survey found that among all 46 nurses,4 and 42 were male and female respectively;the average age of the nurses was(30.42±4.78)years;the average burnout score was(157.08±18.54)points,of which 7 nurses had no burnout or occupation burnout was mild,with 19 nurses experiencing mild to moderate burnout and 20 nurses experiencing severe burnout.In terms of age,education level,title,night shift,night shift system,average working hours per week,average number of night shifts per week,average night shift hours per week,working years,current job satisfaction,own physical condition,sleep quality,the difference of nurses'job burnout was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that nurses’burnout was significantly correlated with sleep quality,their physical condition,satisfaction with their current job,average working hours per week,and night shift system(P<0.05).Conclusion The job burnout of nurses at this stage is relatively significant,mainly due to factors such as poor sleep and physical condition,long working hours,and frequent shifts.
