盆底肌运动结合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后尿失禁的探讨

Treatment of Postpartum Urinary Incontinence by Pelvic Floor Muscle Movement Combined With Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation

目的通过观察分析盆底肌运动结合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后尿失禁的临床效果,为今后预防和治疗产后尿失禁患者提供理论指导。方法选取2018年1月—2020年6月期间,于广东医科大学附属第三医院/佛山市顺德区龙江医院产科门诊就诊的产后尿失禁患者合计75例。根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=43)。对照组采取盆底肌康复训练的治疗模式,治疗组采取盆底肌康复运动结合生物反馈电刺激的治疗模式,比较两组之间的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率、尿失禁生活质量问卷评分均高于对照组,其结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌运动结合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后尿失禁的效果明显优于单一的盆底肌康复运动,有利于提升治疗的有效性,还具有操作便捷、疗效快、治疗费用低等优点,在临床上具有推广价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of pelvic floor muscle movement combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum urinary incontinence,and to provide theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of postpartum urinary incontinence patients in the future.Methods From January 2018 to June 2020,a total of 75 patients with postpartum urinary incontinence were enrolled in the obstetric outpatient department of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University/Longjiang Hospital of Shunde District Foshan City.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the treatment group(n=32)and the control group(n=43).The treatment mode of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training was adopted in the control group,and the treatment mode of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation was adopted in the treatment group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate and urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum urinary incontinence is obviously better than that of single pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise,which is beneficial to improve the effectiveness of treatment,but also has the advantages of convenient operation,quick efficacy,low treatment cost,and has the value of promotion in clinical practice.
