含氯石灰硼酸溶液联合磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗压疮的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Chlorinated Lime Boric Acid Solution Combined With Silver Sulfadiazine Cream in the Treatment of Pressure Ulcer

目的探究含氯石灰硼酸溶液联合磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗浅度溃疡期压疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2020年1—12月某三甲医院收治的浅度溃疡期压疮的患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者单独采用含氯石灰硼酸溶液外用治疗,观察组患者在含氯石灰硼酸溶液的基础上联合磺胺嘧啶银乳膏外用治疗。两组患者均以7 d为1个疗程,持续治疗2个疗程后,比较两组患者的临床疗效与安全性。结果两组患者的基础资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的皮肤灼痛感、皮损面积、皮损程度和皮损形态的评分显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的皮肤灼痛感消失时间显著短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含氯石灰硼酸溶液联合磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗浅度溃疡期压疮,可以有效缓解、减轻和(或)消除患者的临床症状,可以有效改善、促进和修复患者的皮损状况,不显著增加患者的用药不良反应,用药安全,使用方便,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of chlorinated lime boric acid solution combined with silver sulfadiazine cream in the treatment of pressure ulcer in shallow ulcer stage.Methods A total of 60 patients with pressure ulcers in shallow ulcer stage admitted to a first-class hospital at grade 3 from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chlorinated lime boric acid solution alone,and the observation group was treated with chlorinated lime boric acid solution combined with silver sulphadiazine cream.Patients in both groups took 7 d as a course of treatment,and after two courses of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of patients in the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in basic data between 2 groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).The scores of skin burning sensation,skin lesion area,skin lesion degree and skin lesion morphology in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of skin burning sensation in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chlorinated lime boric acid solution combined with silver sulfandiazine cream in the treatment of superficial ulcer pressure ulcers,can effectively alleviate and/or eliminate the clinical symptoms of patients,can effectively improve,promote and repair the skin lesions of patients,does not significantly increase the adverse drug reactions of patients,medication safety,easy to use,significant efficacy,worth promoting.
