摘要
目的探讨在实施心血管科护理管理期间标准化质控管理方式应用可行性。方法选取2018年1月1日—2020年12月31日收治的70例心血管科患者进行护理管理研究;随机分为常规管理组(常规管理)和标准化管理组(标准化质控管理),各35例;比较两组患者护理满意度(护理态度、护理宗旨、护理效果、护理技术、健康教育、护理细节)评分、预防意外事件合格率、治疗操作配合率、急救措施合格率、不良情绪出现率以及风险事件发生率。结果标准化管理组护理态度、护理宗旨、护理效果、护理技术、健康教育、护理细节评分均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);标准化管理组预防意外事件合格率、治疗操作配合率、急救措施合格率高于常规管理组,不良情绪出现率以及风险事件发生率低于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化质控管理方式有效应用后,观察护理满意度评分、预防意外事件合格率、治疗操作配合率、急救措施合格率、不良情绪出现率以及风险事件发生率,改善程度明显,可促进心血管科患者预后水平提升。
Objective To explore the application feasibility of standardized quality control management during the implementation of cardiovascular department nursing.Methods A total of 70 cases of cardiovascular patients admitted from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were selected for nursing management research.They were randomly divided into the routine management group(routine management)and standardized management group(standardized intelligent control management),with 35 cases in each group.The score of nursing satisfaction(nursing attitude,nursing purpose,nursing effect,nursing technology,health education,nursing details),the qualified rate of accident prevention,the cooperative rate of treatment and operation,the qualified rate of first-aid measures,the occurrence rate of bad emotions and the incidence rate of risk events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing attitude,nursing purpose,nursing effect,nursing technology,health education and nursing details in standardized management group were higher than those in conventional management group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of accident prevention,cooperative rate of treatment and operation,qualified rate of first-aid measures in the standardized management group were higher than those in the conventional management group,and the occurrence rate of bad emotions and risk events in the standardized management group were lower than those in the conventional management group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of standardized quality control management,nursing satisfaction score,qualified rate of accident prevention,cooperative rate of treatment and operation,qualified rate of first aid measures,occurrence rate of bad emotions and incidence of risk events were observed,and the improvement degree was significant,which could promote the improvement of prognosis level of patients in cardiovascular department.
