聚醋酸乙烯酯胶膜耐水改性的研究

摘要 采用三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)对聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)进行改性,将MF分别按质量分数0、1%、2%、5%、10%、15%及20%加入到聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液中,并对其胶膜进行各项性能研究。结果表明:通过MF对聚醋酸乙烯酯进行改性,能显著提高聚醋酸乙烯酯胶膜的耐水性和耐黄变性,其玻璃化转变温度性能也得到有效提高。当MF加入量为10%时,其各项性能达最佳。 Polyvinyl acetate was modified by adding melamine formaldehyde(MF)into PVAc emulsion by mass percentages of 0,1%,2%,5%,10%,15%and 20%respectively,and the properties of resulted films were tested.The results showed that the modification of polyvinyl acetate by MF could significantly improve the water resistance and yellowing resistance of polyvinyl acetate film,and the glass transition temperature of the film could be improved effectively as well.When MF was added by 10%,the various properties reached the best level.
