摘要
在介绍自主设计玻璃纤维滤材过滤效率试验台架的基础上,探讨了针对亚微米级颗粒的过滤效率测试方法,并利用自制玻璃纤维滤材进行了相关实验,研究了上游污染物浓度、流量、取样间隔等实验参数和滤材种类对过滤效率测试值产生的影响。结果表明:对于过滤精度较高的滤材,较低的上游污染物浓度和流量以及较短的取样间隔取得的测试结果更佳。不同过滤精度的滤材需要针对性地选择对应的测试参数。
Based on the introduction to the self-designed test bench for testing the filtering efficiency of glass fiber filtering materials,the filtering efficiency test method for submicron particles was discussed,and related experiments were carried out with self-made glass fiber filter material to study the effects of experimental parameters,such as upstream pollutant concentration,flow rate and sampling interval and filter material types,on the test value of filtering efficiency.The results showed that for filter materials with higher filtering precision,lower upstream pollutant concentrations and flow rates and shorter sampling intervals could obtain better test results.Filter materials with different filtration precision need to select corresponding test parameters specifically.
