摘要
冰箱间室内温度均匀性对食物保存至关重要。实验过程无法确定间室内温度均匀性,通过建立正确的冷藏间室动态平衡温度场模型,能够更直观确定冰箱间室温度分布,从而对冰箱结构做出合理优化。首先,根据实验搭建冷藏间室动态平衡温度场模型,实验和仿真温度趋势保持一致(最大误差在1.2℃以内);然后,依据该模型对当前冰箱进行结构优化,冰箱间室温度标准差由1.17降低为0.57,温度波动降低,均匀性增加。
The temperature uniformity of refrigerator is very important for food preservation, and the experiment can not determine the temperature uniformity. By establishing a correct dynamic balance temperature field model of refrigerator, the temperature distribution of refrigerator can be more directly determined, so as to make a reasonable optimization of refrigerator structure. Firstly, based on the experiments, a dynamic equilibrium temperature field model of the refrigeration room was established according to experiment, and the experimental and simulation temperature trends were consistent(the maximum temperature error was within 1.2℃). Then, the structure of refrigerator is optimized according to the model, the standard deviation of temperature in the refrigerator decreased from 1.17 to 0.57, and the temperature fiuctuation decreased and the uniformity increased.
