在IEC 60335-2-15(Ed6.0)标准中,全新增加弹性电压力锅内容,包括定义、标识和说明、非正常工作、结构、元件等条款,对弹性电压力锅提出特殊要求。为了便于国内电压力锅行业全面理解弹性电压力锅概念,简述了弹性电压力锅的工作过程,并通过标准各章节条款说明,总结出弹性电压力锅通过弹性部件实现异常压力防护时不可堵塞的特性,深入分析了标准条款制定的意图,为制造企业产品出口认证及后续新版GB 4706.19标准实施提供学习指导。

In IEC 60335-2-15(Ed6.0) standard, the content of elastic pressure cooker is newly added, including definition, identification and description, abnormal working, structure, components and other provisions, which puts forward special requirements for elastic pressure cooker. In order to facilitate the domestic electric pressure cooker industry to fully understand the concept of elastic pressure cooker, the working process of elastic pressure cooker are briefiy described, and the non-clogging characteristics of elastic pressure cooker when abnormal pressure protection is realized by elastic parts are summarized through the description of the provisions in each chapter of the standard, and the intention of formulating the standard provisions is deeply analyzed. It provides learning guidance for manufacturing enterprises’ product export certification and subsequent implementation of new GB 4706.19 standard.
