摘要
功能性食品是一类具有一定保健功能的食品。随着人们生活质量的提高和保健意识的增强,人们在具有保健作用的食品消费方面明显提高,功能性食品逐渐打开市场,成为食品行业未来的发展趋势。本文主要对功能性食品发展中存在的问题进行论述,并浅析解决其发展中存在问题的对策以及未来发展趋势,为今后功能性食品的发展提供参考。
Functional food is a kind of food with certain health care functions.With the improvement of the quality of life and the enhancement of health awareness,people have significantly increased the consumption of health care food.Functional food has gradually opened the market and become a development trend of the food industry in the future.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the development of functional food,and analyzes the countermeasures and development trends to solve the problems in its development,so as to provide reference for the development of functional food in the future.
