摘要
玉米在储藏过程中容易受到真菌污染,导致粮堆发热霉变,严重威胁玉米的储藏安全。本文综述了玉米储藏中的真菌污染,介绍了防控技术的优缺点、研究现状和发展趋势,为玉米储藏过程中真菌污染的风险评估、防控技术的研发提供参考,以提高玉米的储藏安全。
Corn is vulnerable to fungi contamination during storage.It may lead to heat and mildew in grain bulk and put a great threat to the storage security of corn.This paper reviewed the fungi contamination in stored corn,introduced the advantages and disadvantages,application progress and development direction of the prevention and control technology.It would provide a practical reference for the risk evaluation,the development and utilization of prevention and control technology of the fungi contamination in stored corn and improve the storage security of corn.
