摘要
随着人们生活水平的提升,食品行业蓬勃发展,人们对食品的营养安全更重视,这也是对我国目前形成的食品安全管理体系的严峻考验。现阶段,食品安全问题不仅影响人们的身体健康,还会影响未来社会和谐健康快速发展。本文阐述了用法治手段明确食品安全共治中各方的权利和义务,进一步探讨食品安全治理中“放管服”的改革创新,不断提高食品安全领域的法治保障,提高治理能力的现代化水平,打造一个有为政府、有效市场、有力社会共治的良性局面,并使其形成监管合力,促进食品安全持续向好发展。
With the improvement of people’s living standards and the vigorous development of the food industry,people pay more attention to the nutritional safety and reliability of food,which is also a severe test of the food safety management system formed in China.At this stage,food safety issues not only affect people’s health,but also affect the harmonious,healthy and rapid development of society in the future.This paper expounds the use of governance means,defines the rights and obligations of all parties in the co governance of food safety,further discusses the reform and innovation of“release,management and service”in the governance of food safety,continuously improves the legal guarantee in the field of food safety,improves the modernization level of governance ability,creates a benign situation for the government,effective market and powerful social co-governance,forms a joint regulatory force,and promotes the sustainable and good development of food safety.
