原子荧光法与电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定奶粉中锡的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别用原子荧光法(Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry,AFS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定奶粉中的锡,结果表明,这两种方法均能获得良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9994和0.9996,检出限分别为0.018 mg kg^(-1)和0.0013 mg kg^(-1),其相对标准偏差均小于1.50%,加标回收率分别为90.4%~106.8%和94.2%~101.2%,参加能力验证的结果为满意,这两种方法均能很好地用于奶粉中锡的测定。其中ICP-MS法样品前处理简便、准确度高、误差小,但成本高,AFS法成本低,适合日常分析检测。 The determination of tin in milk powder by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)showed good linearity.The correlation coefficients were 0.9994 and 0.9996 respectively.The detection limits were 0.018 mg kg^(-1) and 0.0013 mg kg^(-1) respectively.The relative standard deviations were less than 1.50%.And the recoveries were 90.4%~106.8%and 94.2%~101.2%respectively.The result of participating in the competency test was satisfactory.Both methods could be used for the determination of tin in milk powder.ICP-MS method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment,high accuracy and small error but the cost is high.AFS method has low cost,which is suitable for daily detection and analysis.
