摘要
本实验建立了高效液相色谱同时测定食品中7种合成色素的方法。样品经提取、净化、氮吹、溶解残渣等,经ZORBAX Ecipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇0.02 mol·L^(-1)乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,用二极管检测器在428 nm、507 nm、536 nm和625 nm处检测。结果表明,7种色素的相关系数r^(2)>0.9999,回收率为88.1%~99.8%,方法线性好,回收率高。
A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 7 synthetic pigments in food was established in this experiment.After extraction,purification,nitrogen blowing,dissolved residue,etc.,the samples were separated by ZORBAX Ecipse XDB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)column.The gradient elution was carried out with methanol 0.02 mol·L^(-1) ammonium acetate aqueous solution as mobile phase,followed by detection with diode detectors at 428 nm,507 nm,536 nm and 625 nm.The results showed that the correlation coefficient r^(2) of the seven pigments was greater than 0.9999,and the recovery rate was 88.1%~99.8%.The method was linear and the recovery rate was high.
