摘要
广东客家菜是客家人将中原饮食与广东饮食融合而成的结晶,蕴含丰富的文化内涵。研究客家菜文化,既丰富了客家学研究的内涵,又有利于客家文化的发展。饮食文化的研究包罗万象,以客家菜文化个案为研究对象,可以为饮食文化研究提供研究范式。客家菜文化在客家文化中具有重要的地位,通过对客家菜文化传承调查研究,有利于挖掘和推广客家菜文化,有利于促进客家地区与其他地区经济文化的交流与合作。
Guangdong Hakka cuisine is the crystallization of Hakka people’s integration of central plains diet and Guangdong diet,which contains rich cultural connotation.The study of Hakka cuisine culture not only enriches the connotation of Hakka studies,but also benefits the development of Hakka culture.The study of food culture is all inclusive.It takes the case of Hakka food culture as the research object,and can provides a research paradigm for the study of food culture.Hakka cuisine culture plays an important role in Hakka culture.Through the investigation and research on the inheritance of Hakka cuisine culture,it is conducive to the excavation and promotion of Hakka cuisine culture and the promotion of economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation between Hakka and other regions.
