切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采支护工艺优化 被引量:9

Optimization of Support Technology for Coal Pillarless Mining in Automatic Roadway with Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief

摘要 针对切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采时巷道变形量大、可靠性差的问题,通过对原综采及支护方案缺陷的分析,提出了切顶卸压无煤柱开采及“恒阻大变形锚索支护+永久支护”控制方案。重点对恒阻大锚索加固、预裂聚能爆破及巷道支护方案进行了研究。实际应用表明,新的控制方案能够将煤矿井下巷道围岩的变形量降低71.5%,将井下综采效率提升13.5%。 Aiming at the problems of large deformation and poor reliability of roadway without coal pillar mining in automatic roadway with roof cutting and pressure relief,through the analysis of the defects of the original fully mechanized mining and support scheme,the control scheme of roof cutting and pressure relief without coal pillar mining and'constant resistance large deformation anchor cable support+permanent support'is proposed.The reinforcement scheme of constant resistance large anchor cable,presplitting blasting and roadway support scheme were mainly studied.The practical application shows that the new control scheme can reduce the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway in coal mine by 71.5%,and improve the efficiency of underground fully mechanized mining by 13.5%.
